We find people for attorneys.
Attorneys have worked hundreds of hours on their cases and now they have something that will move the case forward, and their client is non-responsive.
No client, no case.
Our company locates the client for them and puts them back in contact with their client so they can move their case forward.
We do this on a mass tort level as well as what we call a one-off level (one client).
We are in need of someone to take in all of the new cases and assign them out to researchers and ensure the final reports are sent out when the cases are closed.
This is typically a busy desk and requires an organized individual.
We will train you.
Looking for someone who has basic computer skills to include Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook; This position is responsible to answer all emails that come in; input and assign new cases into the case log; Set up excel spread sheets for mass tort cases; notify researchers when an attorney requests an update on their cases, answer calls from the answering service; Send out credit card authorizations and contracts in the appropriate circumstances; write up final reports and send to requesting attorneys; Ensure all emails are responded to on the same day.
Because this is not a remote position, we are looking for someone local from the Santa Clarita Valley.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
