Responsibilities:
-Assist in preparing accurate and timely estimates for construction projects, considering all relevant factors such as labor, materials, and equipment costs - Review project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities - Analyze and interpret construction drawings and blueprints to accurately estimate quantities and costs - Assist in submitting bids and proposals to clients in a timely manner - Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budget - Collaborate with the construction management team to provide ongoing cost control support Requirements:
- Familiar with spreadsheets and cost benefit analysis - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques - Proficiency in basic computer skills - Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type:
