Further Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
Assessing clients' physical and mental wellness, needs, preferences and abilities to develop tailored care plans Interactively listen to clients' concerns and provide counseling or intervention as required Assist patients with their medication needs by taking and recording medication regiments, as well as other information about each patient's condition Maintain patient charts by recording all necessary information about patients' current health conditions, medications, and other information that needs to be recorded Evaluate clients' progress periodically and recommend adjustments as needed to improve outcomes Maintain patient health records by maintaining records of medical information for the department
Qualifications:
Must be able to pass live scan clearance with the correctional department Ability to 7:
00 am to 4:
00 pm Monday to Friday Ability to work in an in-jail environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be required to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance while maintaining accuracy and quality in recording patient information Ability to communicate effectively with participants and co-workers both verbally and written (preferred) Job Type:
