POSITION SUMMARYThe Data Entry & Parts Specialist orders, stocks and distributes automotive and equipment parts, and maintains inventory records on computer.
RESPONSIBILITIESOrder parts, materials and supplies used in maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipmentProcess invoices for payment; verifies receipt of invoiced parts, materials and supplies Maintain and track inventory records on computerUnload, store, transport, deliver and distribute parts, materials and supplies Work with vendors/sales representatives; follows up on items not received and checks on items prices/availabilityClean parts storage and work areaOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of automotive/equipment parts and supply clerk experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities Valid Driver's CA License required May require forklift certification Ability to utilize a wide variety of reference and descriptive data and information, such as purchase orders, invoices, delivery slips, vendor contracts and safety data sheets Proficiency with MS Office SuiteEffective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities to completionProblem solving skills with an analytical thought processAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment BENEFITS Constellis offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflect its commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.

00 WORKING CONDITIONS Work is typically based in a busy service center/maintenance garage environment and subject to frequent interruptions.
Frequent work outside and in inclement weather conditions is required, including heat, cold and humidity.
May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration.
Must be willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required by established Company Safety Standards.
Normal work hours are in two shifts, Monday-Friday 6:
00 am to 2:
30 pm or Monday-Friday 2:
00 pm to 10:
30 pm, however some extended or weekend hours may also be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 75 lbs.
Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
