Job Description:
Youth Development Professional We are looking for energetic charismatic people who have a deep passion for working with children and teenagers, who want to make a difference in their community and have a positive impact on the future.

You will work with a wide variety of youth from various socioeconomic backgrounds.
Make a difference and join our team! Program Assistant/Driver:
Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the Program Assistant/Driver assists in the planning, implementation, evaluation, and delivery of recreation programming at the Club.
Experience should cover a wide variety of youth development programs.
The Program Assistant will develop meaningful relationships with youth in an after school and summer program setting.
The Driver duties of this position entail driving a Boys & Girls Club van to local schools and bringing members to the Club.
Other duties as a Driver may include driving and leading field trips and transporting sports teams to games and practices.
Youth at the Club are 7-17 years old.
Hours for this position will typically be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 2:
30p-7p and Wednesday 2:
00pm - 7:
00pm.
Youth at the Boys and Girls Club are 7-17 years old.
Hours for this position will be Monday through Friday between the hours of 2pm-7pm.
All candidates that are selected will have to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screening and be over 21 years old.
